Shipping
UPS Ground from North Carolina, $135 for a blimp and $27 for a sphere, two to five business days.
Production is three to seven days from artwork approval, so the November deadline above is not us being cautious. It is arithmetic.
Gas for six weeks
A blimp fills with about 170 cubic feet, roughly $255. A 200 cubic foot tank costs about $300 from a local welding-gas supplier.
One tank plus a top-up covers a typical season. Open the supplier account in October rather than discovering their Saturday hours in December.
Against that, price up running a blower for six weeks of December electricity and decide which you would rather manage.
Do you make Santa or snowman shapes?
Yes. We build cold-air inflatables in custom shapes. They run on a blower, which is the December trade-off.
Does it need power?
No. That is the main advantage in winter.
Why does it sag on cold mornings?
Gas contracts in cold. It firms up by afternoon.
Can I use it again next year?
Yes. Fold at room temperature and box it.
What about snow?
Bring it down ahead of wet snow, not during.
